Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bija Agrifresh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As we deal with fresh fruits, vegetables, and perishable food items, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible due to the perishable nature of the products.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately via our contact e-mail.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

You received damaged, spoiled, or rotten products

You received wrong items compared to what was ordered

The items are missing from your order

In such cases:

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

Share clear photos/videos of the product along with the invoice

Once verified, we will:

Issue a refund to the original payment method, or

Provide a replacement, based on your preference and availability

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Minor variations in size, shape, color, or weight (natural for fresh produce)

Change of mind after delivery

Delay in delivery due to factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, strikes, etc.)

Products not stored properly after delivery
