efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. This policy explains our domestic and international (export) shipping procedures.

2. Export (International) Shipping Policy
Export Destinations
We export to select international countries based on product eligibility and import regulations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are permitted for import in their country.
Order Processing & Confirmation
Export orders are accepted only with full advance payment.
Processing time: 2–5 business days, including quality inspection and documentation.
Packaging & Quality Assurance
Export-grade, food-safe packaging is used to maintain freshness.
Temperature-controlled packaging is provided when required.
Natural variations in weight and appearance may occur during transit.
Shipping Methods & Timeline
Shipping via air freight or sea freight depending on destination and order size.
Estimated delivery time: Air Freight: 3–7 business days & Sea Freight: 15–30 business days
Timelines may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All import duties, customs charges, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Required export documents provided by us include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (if applicable) and Phytosanitary Certificate (for fresh produce)
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Liability
Domestic orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
Export orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Due to the perishable nature of goods, refunds are not applicable for:
Delivery delays, Customs clearance issues and Import restrictions or rejection
Responsibility for export shipments transfers to the buyer once handed over to the carrier.
4. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Natural disasters or extreme weather
Government regulations or lockdowns
Customs inspections or port delays
Transportation strikes or operational issues
5. Compliance & Certifications
We comply with all applicable food safety and export regulations, including:
FSSAI (India)
APEDA registration
International export standards as required by destination countries
